The journey started from university ,at that time when I wanted to have more money with me to meet university needs i model for people and get paid.

I started my modeling career at the age of 19 years old with a lady (Miss chantelle )who saw potential in me and trained me in her modeling agency( Adel Modeling Agency). My first experience was at her opening ceremony of her model agency at Old school compound . Since then ,she started having contract from people ,and one of the boutiques she opened with her agency was Vivid Emporium boutique at country lodge hotel owned by kadiatu Kamara.

I started doing individual modeling contract for people apart from the agency ,I did a runway show for two big fashion shows ,the Sierra Leone Fashion week and Sierra Leone bridal exhibition etc .

Even though I was in hijab ,I didn’t take off my hijab to model ,and it was amazing for me to be the first cover girl to fashion in modesty .I did several photoshoots for people for their events and I stopped doing runway shows and decided to start a clothing line which promote modesty and support women empowerment .

The clothing line is name Queen Iye clothing line ,the Queen is a name i use to personally motivate myself in doing things which seem impossible . Queens never back down and always accomplish goals ,so I decided to have that unique name attached to my biological name “IYE”.

Just few days ago I added a new edition to my modest clothing line brands for women who are not putting on hijab , to remind them about how unique they are in been resilient to self development . The modest clothing line brands are names commonly use for Muslim women who cover up ,its serve as a motivation and self empowerment to know there is beauty in modesty .
